Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-14

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Accelera Solutions ("Accelera," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the public marketing website at accelerasolutions.com (the "Website").

This policy does not apply to information processed by Accelera in the course of delivering services to its customers under a contract or task order. Information processed under those engagements is governed by the applicable contract terms, federal regulations (including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific supplements), and any privacy or security plans negotiated with the customer.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

  1. Information you provide directly, such as when you submit a contact form, request information about a capability, apply for an open position, or correspond with us by email. This typically includes your name, employer, work email, phone number, and any message content you choose to share.
  2. Information collected automatically when you visit the Website, such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited, time spent on each page, and device characteristics. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Website.

Cookies and similar technologies. The Website does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party advertising or behavioral-profiling tools. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate site-usage metrics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless, does not collect personally identifying information, and operates without device fingerprinting. Visitor IP addresses are processed by Cloudflare in transit only. Accelera does not receive or store visitor IP addresses. See Cloudflare's documentation for details on how its analytics service handles data.

Job applications. Open positions are processed through our applicant tracking system, Paycom. Information you submit through Paycom is governed by both this policy and Paycom's privacy notice. The Paycom careers portal is embedded on the Website's /careers page; an alternative email-application path is available below the embed for visitors who prefer not to use the embedded experience.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to inquiries you initiate, including capability questions, partnership outreach, and recruiting conversations;
  • operate, secure, and improve the Website, including diagnosing technical problems and detecting unauthorized access;
  • process job applications when you apply for an open position;
  • send you communications you have requested, such as follow-up information about a service or capability; and
  • comply with our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not use information collected through the Website to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including third-party generative AI services. Customer engagement work involving AI/ML is governed exclusively by the applicable contract.

How we share information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Website and respond to you. Specifically:

  • Service providers. We use a small number of vendors to operate the Website. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments to handle data only as needed to provide its service:
    • Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps: Website hosting and content delivery.
    • Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless aggregate site-usage analytics.
    • Paycom: applicant tracking for the embedded careers portal.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or other legal process, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transactions. If Accelera is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell or rent personal information collected through the Website. Information collected through the Website is processed and stored in the United States. We do not transfer that information to entities outside the United States, except as necessary to deliver the email or web request you initiated.

Your choices and rights

You may:

  • request a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • request that we correct or update inaccurate information;
  • request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements;
  • opt out of any further communications from Accelera by replying to any email from us or by contacting us at the address below.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law.

Depending on your state of residence or jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, for example the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable U.S. state privacy laws, or, where applicable, non-U.S. data-protection frameworks. To exercise any such rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page and identify the rights you are asserting.

Children's privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Accelera maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Website against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. The Website is delivered over HTTPS, and access to systems that hold personal information is restricted to personnel with a legitimate business need.

No security program is perfect. If you have reason to believe that information you submitted through the Website has been compromised, please contact us promptly using the information below.

Federal customer engagements

If you are interacting with Accelera in the context of a federal customer engagement, including any system Accelera operates, builds, or maintains for a customer, your information is governed by the applicable contract, system security plan, and federal privacy framework (including the Privacy Act of 1974 and agency System of Records Notices, where applicable), not by this policy. Direct any privacy questions about a specific engagement to the customer's privacy or program office.

Links to other sites

The Website may contain links to third-party sites, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, our applicant tracking system, and partner sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before submitting information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Website prior to taking effect.
