Small teams, close accountability, work that ships. We hire for craft and clearance.
- Engineers who treat security and compliance as design constraints, not afterthoughts
- AI/ML practitioners with strong opinions about agent identity, scoping, and authorization
- Architects who can move between mission-system design and a Python REPL in the same afternoon
- DevSecOps engineers who write compliance-as-code, not slide decks about it
- People who care about shipping to production, not building demos
- Some positions require US citizenship and an active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance
