AI-forward engineering for federal mission delivery.

Accelera is an AI-first federal engineering organization. Every capability we deliver (cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, modernization, data) runs on agent orchestration under engineer supervision. We're hiring across the engineering, architecture, and AI/ML disciplines that make that work real.

  • Agentic AI

    Multi-provider AI orchestration inside the boundary.

    Build agent platforms that coordinate OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and AWS Bedrock under a single declarative playbook. Identity-attributed audit, human-in-the-loop escalation, agent-IAM under Zero Trust.

  • ATO-by-design

    Compliance baked into pipelines, not bolted on at the end.

    Compliance-as-code, multi-platform starter kits, continuous RMF artifact emission. Engineering work where ATO is the design constraint, not a Q4 spike.

  • Modern stack

    TypeScript, Python, .NET, Java on Kubernetes, on GovCloud.

    STIG-hardened containers from DoD-approved sources, Terraform-primary IaC, microservices on Azure Government and AWS GovCloud. Tools you actually want to work in.

  • Mission scale

    Federal customers who run on what we ship.

    DoD, Defense Health Agency, civilian agencies, intelligence community. Systems with millions of daily transactions, real users, real consequence.

Engineering depth, federal discipline.

Small teams, close accountability, work that ships. We hire for craft and clearance.

  • Engineers who treat security and compliance as design constraints, not afterthoughts
  • AI/ML practitioners with strong opinions about agent identity, scoping, and authorization
  • Architects who can move between mission-system design and a Python REPL in the same afternoon
  • DevSecOps engineers who write compliance-as-code, not slide decks about it
  • People who care about shipping to production, not building demos
  • Some positions require US citizenship and an active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance
