Accelera’s Assurance Methodology
Our goal is to provide the best Virtual Access experience for your users, your IT department and your business owners. We provide this through Accelera’s Assurance Methodology. This methodology enables us to consistently deliver business and technology solutions on time, on budget and with the required functionality. Once we’ve delivered, we offer flexible maintenance and support plans that ensure the continued success of your solution.
Accelera’s Assurance Methodology has four phases:
- Analysis and Design. During this phase, we work with our clients to define the business and system requirements, including low level definitions and descriptions for the total solution. We also create detailed test plans that ensure all system components are fully tested and our client’s requirements are met.
- Build and Test. We build a functioning test environment that meets the requirements identified in the Analysis and Design Phase and we execute the test plans at both the unit and system level.
- Implementation. We create an Implementation Plan based on the accepted design developed during Analysis and Design, and the results of the Build and Test phase. The plan is presented to the client for approval and the pilot environment is built and rolled out to a controlled group of users.
- Rollout. We migrate the fully functioning pilot environment to the production environment. The system is then made available to a designated group of controlled users. A feedback loop is established to provide rapid support and resolution of technical issues. Upon acceptance of the pilot, the system is rolled out to the entire user community.
