Job Summary:

Accelera Solutions is seeking an energetic, personable individual to join our team in Fairfax, VA. Our business is rapidly expanding as we build our portfolio of cloud and security services, and as a result, we are looking to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator to help us continue to create buzz, generate excitement, and fill our sales funnel with new leads.  We are seeking an individual excited about being a major contributor, building lasting professional relationships, and eager to make a difference in our business.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with our sales, services, partner alliance, and product development organizations to increase brand awareness, generate industry buzz, promote our products and services, and drive revenue growth for Accelera.

 

Job Duties:

Execute Accelera’s inbound Marketing Strategy

  • Leverage tools including HubSpot to execute our inbound marketing strategy, to include content creation, social media involvement, email marketing, and other forms of inbound lead generation
  • Work with Accelera’s practice leads to gather, develop and distribute original content as part of our content-based marketing strategy

Drive Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and generate excitement about Accelera and our offerings
  • Develop original social media content from internal activities as well as relevant publications and partner programs
  • Publish content across multiple media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube blogs, etc…)
  • Monitor and track analytics; provide reporting to determine effectiveness of our social media presence

Promote Corporate Branding Awareness

  • Participate in and drive efforts to increase internal and external brand awareness
  • Support internal and external corporate communication (internal newsletters, win reports, press releases, etc.…)
  • Develop and publicize case studies, customer success stories, and other methods of communication Accelera’s successes
  • Standardize corporate communication templates as needed

Drive Marketing Related Events, both external and internal (tabletops, seminars, tech days/road shows, executive round-table discussions, sponsorships, account planning, internal kick-offs, etc.….)

  • Work with our sales and services teams to develop and execute an annual marketing plan to include, events, webinars, email campaigns, etc.….)
  • Responsible for event venue logistic such as catering, A/V equipment, floor plan, shipping/return of equipment (if needed)
  • Assist with pre and post event logistics: i.e. creating invites, save-the-dates, reminders, and follow- up materials; schedule email blasts to lists in MA and CRM databases
  • Use campaigns in Salesforce.com to track attendance, responses, follow-up, and sales interaction
  • Some events may require attendance offsite or after hours

Manage Accelera’s Website and other public-facing web presence

  • Assist with the development of new pages, modification of the website as needed, addition of new material, promotion of new products and services, updating of news and events, and general upkeep of the website

Oversight of Promotional Products/Materials

  • Develop new flyers, marketing slicks, and other collateral as needed to promote Accelera’s bran, our services, and solutions
  • Stock, organize, and manage existing collateral inventory

Lead Generation Management

  • Sales lead distribution, monitoring, and reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Dynamic interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to grow within the organization and comfortable in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and provide new and creative ideas
  • Detail oriented with strong writing skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and passion for Social Media – i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) experience preferred
  • WordPress and HubSpot experience preferred
  • US Citizen with the ability to pass a background investigation
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
