Chong (L.C.) Yi, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Yi has over 25 years of experience with small businesses in roles spanning sales, marketing and operations. He helped manage and expand two family businesses during the 1980’s before entering the financial markets as a consultant with First Guarantee Mortgage, Provident Funding and International Business Investments. Having built a strong background with small business and finance, Mr. Yi added technology to his resume with UUNET Technologies as a National Account Manager. He helped his client base make strategic business decisions related to IT infrastructure and managed solutions.

As one of the original founders and the Chief Executive Officer at Accelera Solutions, Mr. Yi oversees organizational operations including finance, HR, fulfillment, facilities and legal departments. He’s responsible for corporate accounting, compliance with financial and government regulations, maintaining C level relationships and overseeing an integrated set of processes to optimize the company’s financial reporting and compliance activities.

Terrill Andrews, Executive Vice President

Mr. Andrews is a founding partner of Accelera Solutions. With his background in software engineering Mr. Andrews was responsible for management and delivery of Accelera’s many software development projects. He now provides leadership for project management and process improvement for Accelera’s service delivery business based on his extensive experience with full project lifecycles using standard project management methodologies. His experience also includes project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, application architecture design, system testing and implementation. Mr. Andrews manages many of Accelera’s most complex and demanding service delivery projects.

Steve Weiss, President / Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Weiss has more than 30 years of proven senior-level operations and acquisition management experience prior to joining Accelera Solutions, Inc.  He served as the Executive Vice President for Government Business Operations at CACI International Inc. for the past 10 years.  During his tenure at CACI, he played an integral role growing revenue from approximately $1.5 billion to $4.4 billion in 2016. At CACI he was a member of the senior management Team and was valued for his teambuilding, problem solving and negotiation skills.  Mr. Weiss is a recognized expert in the Government Contracting Industry and has helped both small and large businesses grow and operate efficiently.  He takes great pride in workforce development and building a culture based on ethics, integrity and good character.  Mr. Weiss holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Florida and an MS Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University.
